The LM7M633 is a 6.5 inch diagonal CSTN-LCD, LCM display panel product from Sharp Corporation,  (hereafter called Sharp),  with an integral CCFL backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. Its resolution 640(RGB)240, HVGA  105PPI and contrast ratio 10:1 (Typ.) (TM)  8:1 (Typ.) (RF).
