It is a 5.1 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Kaohsiung Hitachi Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereafter called Hitachi), with an integral CCFL backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. Its resolution 240128  50PPI and contrast ratio 7:1 (Typ.) (TM)). It features an operating temperature range of 0 50C , a storage temperature range of -20 60C , and the maximal vibration level of 2.0G (19.6 m/s).
