The Baumer O300.GP-11120101 Diffuse Sensor (O300.GP-GW1B.72CU) is a high-performance sensor designed for accurate object detection with advanced background suppression technology. With a sensing distance of 30 to 200 mm and a background suppression range of 15 to 200 mm, this sensor ensures precise and reliable operation in diverse industrial environments.

Powered by a Pulsed PinPoint LED light source emitting at 630 nm, the O300.GP delivers superior performance, including excellent suppression of reciprocal influence and alignment accuracy of <2 on the optical axis. It features both qTeach and external sensing distance adjustment for user-friendly and flexible setup.

The Baumer O300.GP-11120101 Diffuse Sensor operates with a push-pull output circuit supporting light/dark operation, capable of handling an output current of 100 mA. Its quick <0.49 ms response/release time makes it suitable for high-speed applications. The device operates on a 10“30 VDC voltage supply, with a low power consumption of 30 mA typically.

The sensor is enclosed in a durable rectangular housing measuring 12.9 mm in width, 32.3 mm in height, and 23 mm in depth. Constructed from robust ASA and PMMA plastic, the housing is rated IP67 for excellent protection against dust and water ingress. With a 2-meter, 4-pin cable, it offers easy and flexible installation. Operating in temperatures from -25C to +60C, the Swiss-made O300.GP sensor ensures reliable performance across a wide range of applications.
