It is a 8.4 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from NEC LCD Technologies, Ltd., with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen.

The NEC NL6448BC26-27 LCD Module resolution 640(RGB)—480, VGA  95PPI and contrast ratio 1000 : 1 (Typ.) (TM). It has features an operating temperature range of -30 80C , a storage temperature range of -30 80C , and the maximal vibration level of 2.0G (19.6 m/s²).
