The Panasonic EX-31B-PN Photoelectric Sensor (EX31BPN, UEX31BPN) offers precise detection with a sensing range of 500 mm. Operating on a supply voltage of 12 to 24 V DC with minimal current consumption of 10 mA or less for both the emitter and receiver, the Panasonic EX-31B-PN Photoelectric Sensor offers efficient performance. Utilizing a PNP open-collector transistor for output with maximum source current support of 50 mA, it ensures reliable operation with dark-ON output operation and integrated short-circuit protection for added safety.

Engineered to withstand demanding environments, the EX-31B-PN features an IP67 protection rating and sturdy construction comprising die-cast zinc (nickel plated) enclosure, polycarbonate lens, and enclosure cover. With a 2-meter (6.562 ft) 3-core cabtyre cable included, extendable up to 50 meters (164.042 ft) for both emitter and receiver, it offers versatility in installation.

Weighing approximately 20 g (net) each for the emitter and receiver, with a gross weight of 50 g, the sensor is lightweight yet durable.
