The Panasonic FD-31 Fiber Optic Sensor, with part number UFD31, embodies precision and reliability, designed for reflective sensing applications. Featuring a threaded type fiber with an M3 diameter head measuring 12 mm in length, it ensures accurate detection with a top-view beam direction and beam axis accuracy maintained at 150 micrometers for position and plus or minus 3 degrees for inclination.

Equipped with a 2-meter fiber cable and an allowable bending radius of R2 mm, the FD-31 offers flexibility in installation, with the option for free-cutting. While it does not include mounting lenses, it is compatible with protective tubes such as FTP-N500, FTP-N1000, and FTP-N1500, enhancing its durability for various industrial environments.
