The Panasonic PM-F25 Photoelectric Sensor is engineered for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. It features a fixed sensing range of 6 mm and can detect minimum objects as small as 0.8 x 1.2 mm. The sensor operates with minimal hysteresis of 0.05 mm and offers repeatability within 0.01 mm. Powered by a supply voltage range of 5 to 24 V DC, it consumes a maximum of 15 mA. The output is an NPN open-collector transistor with a maximum sink current of 50 mA, incorporating both Light-ON and Dark-ON output operations along with built-in short-circuit protection.

Designed to withstand harsh industrial environments, the Panasonic PM-F25 Photoelectric Sensor features an IP64 protection rating, ensuring resistance to dust and water. It operates effectively within an ambient temperature range of -25 to +55 degrees Celsius and can endure storage temperatures from -30 to +80 degrees Celsius. The sensor includes an orange LED indicator for operational status, and its robust design can handle vibration frequencies from 10 to 2,000 Hz and shock accelerations up to 15,000 m/s.

Constructed with durable materials, the enclosure is made of PBT, and the display section is polycarbonate. The sensor comes with a 1-meter long PVC cable, extendable up to 100 meters with appropriate cabling. Originating from China, this sensor meets stringent EMC and RoHS directives, ensuring compliance with international standards.
