It is a 7.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereafter called Tianma), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. Its resolution 800(RGB)480, WVGA 134PPI and contrast ratio 800 : 1 (Typ.) (TM). It features an operating temperature range of -20 70C , a storage temperature range of -30 80C .
