The Baumer O300.GR-11110414 Diffuse Sensor with background suppression is designed for precise detection with a sensing distance range of 30 to 300 mm (Tw) and a sensing range (Tb) of 15 to 300 mm. Featuring advanced qTeach sensing distance adjustment, it ensures optimal performance with LED green for power indication and LED yellow for light indication. The sensors pulsed red LED light source operates at a wavelength of 630 nm, providing reliable detection with a response time of less than 1 ms.

The Baumer O300.GR-11110414 Diffuse Sensor has powered by a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC, the sensor consumes a maximum of 45 mA (no load) and typically 30 mA. It supports light/dark operate output functions via a push-pull output circuit, handling up to 100 mA with a voltage drop of less than 3 VDC. Built with short circuit and reverse polarity protection, it guarantees safe and efficient operation.

The sensors compact rectangular housing measures 12.9 mm in width, 32.3 mm in height, and 23 mm in depth, constructed from durable plastic (ASA, PMMA) with PMMA optics. It features a connector M8 4-pin for easy connection and boasts an IP67 protection class, ensuring reliability in harsh environments with an operating temperature range of -25 to +60 C.
