New Hitachi TX18D11VM1CAA is one of the most popular LCD Module which is mainly used in industrial and medical applications. It is a 7.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Kaohsiung Hitachi Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereafter called Hitachi), with an integral CCFL backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. Its resolution 800(RGB)480, WVGA  133PPI and contrast ratio 200:1 (Typ.) (TM). It features an operating temperature range of -20 70C , a storage temperature range of -30 85C , and the maximal vibration level of 2.0G (19.6 m/s).
