It is a 7.8 inch diagonal CSTN-LCD display panel product, with an integral CCFL backlight system, without backlight driver, touchscreen 4-wire Resistive Touch. Its resolution 640(RGB)480, VGA  103PPI and contrast ratio 30 : 1 (Typ.) (TM).  It features an operating temperature range of 0 40C , a storage temperature range of -20 60C .
