It is a 12.1 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi), with an integral CCFL backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. Its resolution 1024(RGB)768, XGA  105PPI and contrast ratio 400:1 (Typ.) (TM).  It features an operating temperature range of -20 70C , a storage temperature range of -20 80C , and the maximal vibration level of 1.0G (9.8 m/s).
