The Panasonic CX-442 Photoelectric Sensor (UCX442, CX442) is compliant with both the EMC Directive and RoHS Directive, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The adjustable range of the Panasonic CX-442 sensor extends from 40 to 300 mm, providing adaptability across various detection distances. With a sensing range of 20 to 300 mm when detecting white non-glossy paper, it ensures comprehensive coverage for diverse applications.

Operating on a supply voltage of 12 to 24 V DC, the sensor consumes a current of 20 mA or less. It features an NPN open-collector transistor output with switchable detection modes and incorporated short-circuit protection, ensuring safe and flexible operation.
