The Panasonic PM-F65-P Micro Photoelectric Sensor, with a fixed sensing range of 6 mm (0.236 in), can detect minimum objects of 0.8 1.2 mm (0.031 0.047 in). It operates on a supply voltage of 5 to 24 V DC with a current consumption of 15 mA or less, ensuring efficient performance. The sensor boasts high precision with a hysteresis of 0.05 mm (0.002 in) or less and repeatability of 0.01 mm (0.0004 in) or less.

The Panasonic PM-F65-P Micro Photoelectric Sensor features a PNP open-collector transistor output with a maximum source current of 50 mA and includes Light-ON/Dark-ON output operations along with built-in short-circuit protection. It has a rapid response time of 20 s or less under light received conditions and 80 s or less under light interrupted conditions, with a maximum response frequency of 3 kHz. Additionally, it includes an orange LED for operation indication and has an IP40 protection rating.

Designed to withstand harsh conditions, the Panasonic PM-F65-P Micro Photoelectric Sensor can operate within a temperature range of -25 to +55C (-13 to +131F) and humidity levels of 5 to 85% RH. It endures vibrations from 10 to 2,000 Hz with 1.5 mm (0.059 in) double amplitude and shock accelerations up to 15,000 m/s (1,500 G). With voltage withstandability of 1,000 V AC for one minute and insulation resistance of 20 M or more, this sensor is both reliable and durable. The product is made in China, complies with EMC and RoHS Directives, and is constructed with a PBT enclosure and polycarbonate display section.
