The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 5 to 24 V DC with ±10% tolerance and consumes a low current of 15 mA or less, ensuring efficient energy usage.

Designed with an NPN open-collector transistor output, the Panasonic PM-L25 U-Shaped Photoelectric Sensor can handle a maximum sink current of 50 mA and an applied voltage of 30 V DC or less.
